PDG Beverly Grogan honored The Rotary Club of Dallas' Salute to America's Veterans project with a new award, the Governor Special Merit Award
She wrote, this project is the epitome of a service project that does it all. It includes club participation, honors the community (of Veterans ) and builds spirit, plus, and most importantly, creates a public image profile with Radio and TV promotions. It even has a fundraising element to it. It is the complete project, and she created a certificate to honor that. We would also like to acknowledge the 2019 SAV committee for their hard work and commitment to this project for the many years, thank you for all you do to make this a successful and meaningful even for all!
