At our meeting on March 17th Dennis Connally, chair of The Dallas Rotary Club Foundation, gave a report on the current state of our charitable arm of the Club's finances.
The Foundation was established in 1954 which is overseen by a board of 15 trustees and is managed by Fireside Capital. Since the end of 2020 the assets of the Foundation have grown by $300,000 and the rate of return last year was 11.6%. The Foundation funds numerous programs and projects of the Club including Dream Team college scholarships.
